💭 MY HEALTH IS MY WEALTH

It’s funny because I used to think things like this were cringy and annoying…
“Speak it into existence and it shall be” — affirmations, yeah yeah…

Then it clicked (later in life, but it clicked). I had to change my ways. I needed to prioritize my health. It’s become too common — almost accepted — to be unhealthy. But before you can change it, you have to define it.

For me, being unhealthy looked like:
🍔 Eating fast food daily — 1,000–2,000 calories a meal filled with sodium and chemicals.
🥤 Drinking sodas — sugar overload, leading to weight gain, diabetes, and heart risks.
🍫 Constant snacking — empty calories that added up fast.
🍽️ Massive portions — left me sluggish and drained.
💤 Never working out — weak muscles, constant aches, and zero energy.
📱 Hours on social media — wasting time and wondering why I wasn’t progressing.

It was a cycle — unhealthy habits that became normal. I remember being tired all the time, unmotivated, and unhappy with what I saw in the mirror. I even avoided hugs because I didn’t want people to feel my body. That was my reality.

But here’s the truth: the beginning of change is honesty.
You’ve got to outline your unhealthy habits and take full accountability. It’s hard — uncomfortable even — but it’s necessary.

Now, my healthy outline looks completely different:
🥗 Planning meals ahead and eating real food.
💧 Drinking water daily.
🍎 Snacking on fruits, veggies, and nuts.
⚖️ Eating smaller, balanced portions that fuel me.
🏃‍♂️ Working out 4–5x a week.
📚 Replacing mindless scrolling with learning and growth.

Doing that, I lost 50 pounds in 90 days, my energy skyrocketed, and my mental health transformed.

It all started with honesty — and the decision to stop lying to myself.
