  2. Stay energized and positive

  3. Monitor your inner conversation

  4. What do I really want to get out of life and how will I know when I've got it? (write it down to engage the mind; read it 3 times a day to focus, concentrate and visualize yourself there to see yourself beyond your challenges and in control of your destiny.)

  5. Know why you’re doing it

  6. Write down 5 reasons why you deserve it (this will comfort you when you’re going through it)

  7. Be the best at what you do and recognize things won't be easy but still be fearless regardless.

  8. Take action (don’t wait for the ideal situation, use what you have)

  9. If you believe it you can see it (you have to be willing to be unreasonable)

  10. Find something you can contribute to, something outside of yourself, be part of a larger cause than yourself.
